NAVIGATOR BEACHFRONT VILLA

SELF SERVICE RATE 

Our nightly rate is $390NZD per night and we charge a extra $50NZD per night/per additional person.  The Navigator house takes up to 5 people. 

OPTIONAL EXTRAS:

Airport transfers are $30NZD per trip (1-2 persons)

Maid serivice can be booked.  Our housekeeping is available Mon - Friday between 9am to 2pm and must be arranged 1 - 2 days prior to day you need housekeeping.  Maid service is $60NZD for one service. 

Fans are provided for your comfort in all rooms. We require 50% deposit at the time your booking is confirmed and the balance 1 month prior to arrival.  This special rate is only available for bookings made and paid for directly with The Navigator.  This may be made via credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Bankcard). Please quote the cardholders' name, card number and expiry date.   

SELF SERVICE OPTION  The self-service option is available on the condition that you service/clean the accommodation. There will be no maid service during your stay, but guests are NOT required to do any major cleaning, and are NOT required to launder towels or linen.  We will provide you with fresh towels & linen for the duration of your stay. The villa must be kept moderately tidy, and you must sweep out any sand that accumulates from the beach.  The villa is to be left in the same condition as you found it, otherwise you will be charged cleaning services of NZ$200. 

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS We require 50% deposit at the time your booking is to be confirmed and the balance 30 days prior to arrival. This special rate is only available for bookings made and paid for directly with The Navigator, 6 months or more in advance of your arrival.
